Exercise: I take a 30 min to an hour walk everyday. Stress at my job was doing a number on my overall health and I think reducing that stress has also helped heal my gastritis. You can give them a call and they will ask to send pictures of your tongue, hands and of you so they can see your complexion! Then from there they will see what’s wrong.
